GateCity Kids exists to ensure that every child knows that God is real, that a relationship with their Savior, Jesus, is available, and that they can experience the power of the Holy Spirit working in them, with them, through them, and for them. Therefore, we aim to teach and celebrate the authority and importance of God's Word, receive God’s love for us, express our love for Him, and develop intimate dialogue and communication with Him for the purpose of personal communion and fellowship.
We don’t see children’s ministry as babysitting, but as a powerful opportunity for children to grow and experience God for themselves.
The Holy Spirit is no respecter of age. We have found that by introducing children to Him at a young age, they are able to develop a deep and vibrant relationship with Jesus.

Our desire is to ensure that kids feel the love of their Heavenly Father through His Church, recognizing that God is their Creator and that they are special and loved by their family, the Church, and Jesus.
God’s Girls
Girls
Interactive, hands-on learning and activities are used to encourage, challenge, and teach our young ladies how to embrace God's Truth and rejoice in purity, to help them become the women God has created them to be.
Wednesdays at 7pm for 1st-5th grade.
Knights
Boys
Interactive lessons and activities are used to help equip young men with the "absolutes” of God's Word, to help shape them into the courageous conquerors they have been created to be.

DURING WHICH SERVICES IS GATECITY KIDS AVAILABLE?
GateCity Kids is offered during our 9AM and 11:15AM Sunday services and during our 7PM Wednesday service.
WHAT IS THE GATECITY KIDS "WELL CHILD" POLICY?
To minimize the chance of spreading illness, children who show signs of sickness will not be accepted into the GateCity Kids environment. We require that children be fever-free for 24 hours before entering GateCity Kids. This is for the health and protection of all children and staff. You are encouraged to bring your child back to us as soon as he or she is well. If an illness is discovered after a child is in the classroom, your child will be separated from the other children and a member of our staff will contact you.
Upon recommendation of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a child should not come to class with any of the following conditions:
Fever
Vomiting
Diarrhea (even if associated with teething or medication)
Any symptoms of childhood diseases such as scarlet fever, German measles, mumps, chicken pox, strep throat, flu, or any other contagious or infectious disease
Croup
Phlegm-filled, productive, or persistent cough
Any contagious or unexplained rash
Pink eye or other eye infections
Cloudy or green runny nose
Any communicable disease
