IHOP YouthIn the midst of a culture of ever-increasing immorality and darkness, God is raising up a generation of teenagers who are completely in love with Jesus and who are committed to pursuing Him with all of their hearts. The Holy Spirit is calling teenagers in this hour to prayer, fasting, worship, intimacy with Jesus, and a commitment to holiness to see God's power break out all over the earth. At IHOP Atlanta, we desire to raise up a generation of young people who are filled with the knowledge of God, who have hearts that are burning in love for Jesus and who are equipped to walk in the fullness of their destiny. Youth Encounter ServiceIHOP Atlanta's Youth Encounter Service is specifically geared to call teenagers to lifestyles of radical abandonment to God through intimacy with Jesus, worship, prayer and fasting. Each service includes times of worship, teaching and impartation. Services are held on Sunday nights from 6:00-8:30 p.m. in the multi-purpose room. Weekly Small GroupsIHOP Youth will be hosting weekly small groups which will focus on discipleship, prayer, worship and study of the Word. CalendarGlobal Bridegroom Fast9/6/2010 to 9/8/2010The Global Bridegroom Fast is a monthly, solemn assembly of believers all over the globe in unified holy abandonment to Jesus for three days. We are calling believers worldwide to join together in unified prayer and fasting for revival motivated by experiencing love for Jesus. This is not simply an event, but a new lifestyle in the grace of God. Anyone in any place can participate in the Global Bridegroom Fast. At IHOP Atlanta, we set aside these three days as corporate fasting days for anyone who wants to participate.
Staff Intercession Meeting9/7/2010 4:00pm - 6:00pmTuesday is a designated prayer and fasting day for IHOP Atlanta staff and family. We have scheduled intercession meetings at 10 a.m., 4 p.m., 8 p.m., and midnight. We ask that all staff make it a priority to attend the weekly Tuesday 4 p.m. intercession meeting, as this is the one time weekly that we come together as a community for worship and intercession. Full-time staff are required to attend the 4 p.m. and an additional intercession meeting on Tuesday. Part-time staff are required to attend only the 4 p.m. intercession meeting. Bound for Life Atlanta Silent Sieges take place at the GA State Capitol in downtown ATL on Washington St. A silent siege is a two-hour prayer meeting where intercessors stand in front of a local abortion clinic, wearing red life tape over their mouth, identifying with the silent cries of the unborn, asking God to come with justice, to end abortion, and to send revival to America.
