One Race

We believe a unity movement birthed out of love and prayer is God’s answer to the division movement birthed out of hatred and religion. God’s redemptive calling for the city of Atlanta is to be the Gate City of the South, impacting the Southeast and the nation.

In 1915, the KKK was reinitiated on the top of Stone Mountain in a ceremony where clansmen burned a cross and declared its rebirth. In 1963, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. prayed in his “I Have a Dream” speech, “Let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia…” and we believe that dream will be fulfilled.

Let’s initiate a movement of racial healing that will culminate with a solemn assembly at Stone Mountain! On August 25, 2018 we’ll gather leaders of all races and ethnicity from across the region, and we’ll stand together in unity renouncing the spirit of racism. Let’s stand for unity and racial reconciliation!
