Global Bridegroom Fast8/2/2010 to 8/4/2010The Global Bridegroom Fast is a monthly, solemn assembly of believers all over the globe in unified holy abandonment to Jesus for three days. We are calling believers worldwide to join together in unified prayer and fasting for revival motivated by experiencing love for Jesus. This is not simply an event, but a new lifestyle in the grace of God. Anyone in any place can participate in the Global Bridegroom Fast. At IHOP Atlanta, we set aside these three days as corporate fasting days for anyone who wants to participate.
GSM: The Book of Daniel8/2/2010 6:00pm - 8:00pmThe book of Daniel is to the Old Testament what the book of Revelation is to the New Testament. The book details many familiar stories, such as: Daniel's three friends in the fiery furnace, Nebuchadnezzar's insanity, and Daniel in the lion's den. Yet the book of Daniel is much more than just a collection of great stories, it is a book that testifies of the Most High God as the "Revealer of Mysteries" (Dan 2:47) and powerfully exhibits the sovereignty of God (Dan 2:21). The Book of Daniel is one of the most foundational studies on the subject of the end times. Anyone who has a desire to gain insight into dreams, visions and the realm of the prophetic, as well as understand the activity of the end of the age is invited to come and gain "skill to understand" (Dan 9:22). Staff Intercession Meeting8/3/2010 4:00pm - 6:00pmTuesday is a designated prayer and fasting day for IHOP Atlanta staff and family. Full-time staff are required to attend the 4 p.m. and an additional intercession meeting on Tuesday. Part-time staff are required to attend only the 4 p.m. intercession meeting.
